MINDFUL GRIEF HEALING

a comprehensive group Coaching journey

It is what it is.

And it will be what you make it.

Grief is like holding your breath underwater… 🌊
You know you need air. 😮‍💨
But you can’t just swim up faster. 🏊‍♀️
You have to rise slowly… or you’ll break. 💔

Don’t let grief convince you to walk this road alone.

Without support, grief can feel like a maze with no map. You don’t have to figure it out alone. 🤍

  • Feeling like you’re lost in the chaosof grief, unsure which way to turn.
  • Wanting emotional support, but not knowing where to find it.
  • Overwhelmed by memories that show up uninvited and won’t soften.
  • Afraid you’ll never truly heal, even while trying.
  • Pressured by society to “move on” before your heart is ready.
  • Feeling like no one really
understands the depth of your pain.
  • Caught in a quiet loop of hurt that keeps repeating.
  • Longing for connection, yet
somehow feeling more alone than ever. You deserve to heal — and you don’t have to rush.

Olivia, D.- Santa Ana, CA

This grief healing program restored something I thought I had permanently lost — my hope.

There are 3 spaces that grief touches deeply and also where healing can begin:

HEALING THE BODY

  • Grief can drain your energy and make caring for yourself feel unimportant.
  • Tiny acts of nourishment help
    you feel human again.

SUPPORTING THE MIND

  • Overthinking, numbness, confusion — it’s all part of grieving.
  • There are tools that can help you breathe and function through the
    waves.

RECONNECTING THE SPIRIT

  • Loss can shake your beliefs and sense of meaning.
  • Hope doesn’t return all at once — it returns in gentle, quiet ways.

Grief Healing Coaching Community

Work with Me

Hello Friend. Welcome to my space. I am Dr. Sandra Boyo-Aruleba. A Certified NLP, Grief & Life Coach. The founder of The Grief Healing Rainbow Group Coaching Program, a trauma-aware, faith-friendly community that helps people grow & heal through grief with body-mind-spirit practices and practical mindset tools.

I grew up in Bamenda, Cameroon, West Africa, wrapped in the everyday tenderness of my grandparents. I was the baby of the house—the one everyone fussed over, the one who never doubted she was loved. The last time I saw them was when I left home for Manchester, UK, to study in September 2006. I said, “See you soon.” I believed it.

“Soon” never came.

My grandfather passed in January 2011. My grandmother followed in April 2012. I returned home for the first time after many years—and walked into a funeral. The shock of leaving healthy grandparents and returning to loss changed my life in ways I couldn’t name at the time.

Grief, for me, wasn’t a straight line. It was disorientation, guilt, disbelief, love with nowhere to go. It was learning how to live with two truths at once: that what happened is irreversible, and that I am still here—still capable of love, meaning, and joy. Healing took time, community, and gentle guidance. I learned that grief isn’t something you “get over.” It’s something you grow with.

Moving to the USA in 2016, I realized I was still grieving. That was when it dawned on me that “Grieving is a Journey and we all travel
diverse paths to our healing”.

This community was birthed to help grievers like me navigate these tough times in a compassionate community. Today, I create the kind
of space I needed back then: safe, compassionate, faith-friendly, and trauma-aware. I founded the Grief Healing Rainbow Group Coaching
Program to help grieving hearts find their footing—through body, mind, and spirit practices; through mindset shifts that loosen the grip
of guilt and “shoulds”; and through a community that listens without rushing or fixing.

My approach:

  • Body: small, loving habits that restore energy and safety in your nervous system.

  • Mind: practical tools to soften intrusive thoughts, reframe limiting beliefs, and move gently through overwhelm.

  • Spirit: space for faith, meaning, and hope to re-enter—slowly, honestly, at your pace.

  • Community: circles where you can be witnessed—speaking, crying, or sitting in silence—and never feel alone.

I don’t promise quick fixes. I promise honor for your story, skills for the hard days, and company for the long road. If you’re navigating
loss—of a person, a season of life, a dream—you’re welcome here. Your grief is valid. Your healing is possible. And you don’t have to do it
by yourself.

If you feel a tug to begin, join our group coaching community or reach out for next steps.

One compassionate step is enough for today.

I love you dearly.
